Rookie life and my family
Good morning to the Yard. I call my mom when I first get up each morning. She's usually up when we get up at 6:45 -- it's 8:45 at home. I'll call my dad in the afternoon and usually call my mom again too. But it's not as many phone calls today as it usually will be. I just like to talk to them, find out how everything is going at home and fill them in on what's happening at camp. The little back and forth stuff. Always good to hear their voices. Here's a video of me talking about life as a rookie. Some guys get it tougher than others. Fortunately the RBs don't have it as bad as I hear some of the guys on D do.

Heres hoping you can bring back that 'commitment to excellence' in Raider Nation. Thanks, the original Oakland Raider, Strinestown Pa.

Good luck and best wishes from another Razorback (class of 80). I too watched your athletic career at Arkansas and knew when you were a Freshman that you were going to be special. Remain humble in spirit but wise with experience and you will reach your goals in life. I am also glad to see that you are close to your family.

Welcome to the Raider Nation and Family. You've joined the greatest football team ever to play the game and it's time to bring back the greatness of the Raiders. I've been a fan since 1965 and am super excited about this year and the years to come with you and Russel together. I live in the Dominican Republic now but still bleed Silver and Black and watch all the Raider games with my Dominican friends here. GO RAIDERSSSSSS

Hope you have a great season..Sure will miss you this year at the Hog games. Best game was when you ran all over Tenn. and I sat behind the Tenn fans yelling.."#5 has the ball can't you catch him?" I know the Oakland fans will soon be yelling "# 20 has the ball can't you catch him". Hey Raider Nation...you have a great player..take care of him!!
