My Pitbulls

What's up yardbarkers, these are what use to be my lil pups. They're very friendly dogs n pretty much act like lil kids when they're around tha house. They always wanna keep tha toys away from one another n its always a trip.

It does suck that you had to justify the dogs at the begining. Pits get such a bad rap because of humans make them aggressive. They are in fact, not even the most aggressive dogs you can get (though people think that). They are so adorable. The looks on their faces when you closed the door on them was priceless. So cute. I have one myself. She's a little sweetie.

  yes she does. she hates going outside with my two wiener dogs. she's def my little baby so she always wants me to be with her.

  I can't agree with you more Hockeychick, Pitbulls aren't aggressive, you have 2 make them aggressive which pretty much means abusing them in someway. In the right hands, these dog, like all dogs, are great family companions and protectors. Now if the rest of these ghetto ass professional sports players can't take a lesson, the world would be a better place for dogs.

I just had to put down my Pittie after almost 14 years. She was the sweetest, most loyal companion. However, she was also well-trained and very obedient. She had to be. Many people have misconceptions and outright prejudices against Pit Bulls so I couldn't afford to have her misbehaving in public (like some little yappy dogs whose owners seem to think that ish is cute, fyi- it's not). They are a beautiful but powerful breed and not everyone is equipped to own one. So to all the kids who watch this vid and think about getting a Pit because of how tough it'd make you look, do the world (and other Bully owners) a favor and DON'T. The shelters are overflowing with all the discarded dogs that just became too much work or are now too big to handle. Ok, I'm stepping off the soapbox now...=)

Have a great camp, Darren. Well, as 'great' as two-a-days can be!

Those bluenose pits are super cute. I have heard that they are more prone to certain genetic problems due to the breeding they've undergone to develop that color though. Pittys are super friendly, strong dogs.

For anyone afraid of pitbulls, out here in the Bay Area we have BADRAP, the folks that adopted and relocated all of the Mike Vick pitbulls. I've met the folks behind this rescue group and they are very smart, very loving folks who have rescued hundreds and hundreds of pits. Anyone interested can find them at www.badrap.org

  The blue coat used to be discouraged because of the susceptibility to skin problems. Pits are already prone to skin issues, more so if they're blue.
  
  The people at BADRAP are great and have really devoted themselves to educating the public and countering all the stereotypes out there.

Pitts get the worst rap when the fact is you can take what people consider to be the nicest breed and pair it with the wrong owner and you will see the most vicious dog ever. I have seen dogs of all kinds snap for no reason at all and others for perfectly understandable reasons. People need to learn how to interact with animals and teach their children as well. alot of attacks from dogs come from countless attacks aganist the dog. Kids will spray them through fences with water hoses, poke at them with sticks, or throw rocks at them and the second the dog gets lose and attacks, people say it came out of nowhere. Also dog owners should trully invest in dog training. A well trained dog will adhere to whatever commands their owner issues aganist its own natural wants.

Hey Darren, THANK YOU for portraying what ALL dogs should act like, especially the pit bull breed. i can see you honestly love those dogs by the way they interact with you. Now if only other could stop being ghetto and learn too! God Bless, and Just Run Baby!
