It all starts on Monday night

I can't think of a better way to start my NFL career than playing against the Broncos on Monday Night. I grew up dreaming of playing in the NFL and I grew up watching Monday Night Football. To have my first game on Monday Night is really exciting. I actually grew up a Broncos fan watching Terrell Davis and John Elway and Ed McCaffery. That was my team, but that's all changed now. It's strictly Raiders and Razorbacks for me. I've never been a part of this before, but I can imagine the stadium's going to be crazy Monday night. It's a rivalry game and it's Monday Night the atmosphere is going to be special. The Black Hole reminds me of the Arkansas student section only 10 times crazier. They're always on their feet cheering for you, it's great. You never really know what the rivalry's like until you play in it. I'm looking forward to it. I'm very excited, it probably really won't hit me until Sunday, but I'll know then how big this one is. My family will be there and so will some of my friends from home. I know the Black Hole will be ready and so will I, ready to make some big plays.

DMAC, You have no idea how crazy and exciting it will be for your opener. It's MNF, Raiders @ Home opener. It will be crazy. Just look at your first preseason game. It was packed against the 40-whiners! But this is the Donkeys you will be playing on MNF, the most hated Raiders rival. :) I'll be out there cheering my arse off. I hope that you can break one out on Monday, you've come so close in the last few games. The place will go bananas. Show the NFL what they got coming over the next 10+ years. Enjoy the game and don't let the excitement get to you, it will be intense for the fans, can't imagine how much more intense it will be for you.

Tear it up D-Mac! Bust a big TD run and show Kiffin and Davis that they're idiots for only giving you 15-20 carries and giving Fargas the rock every now and then. Show them what you've got and that you're capable of handling NFL punishment and then put up a huge season and get ROY. I'm rooting for you even though I'm a 49ers fan.
